A tener en cuenta con visas H-2A y H-2B Lamentablemente, los abusos son especialmente frecuentes  en casos de inmigrantes temporales legales que tienen visas H-2A (agricultura) y H-2B (no agricultura).   Incluso a veces el abuso comienza antes de viajar a Estados Unidos cuando los reclutadores exigen condiciones muy gravosas para dar el trabajo, por ejemplo, que se deje en fianza las propiedades de fincas.
